Who we are

"Florzo" refers to the floral studio operated by Kataria Flowers (established 1990), based in Manohar Nagar, Sector 8, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India. By placing an order through florzo.in, you agree to these terms.

Placing an order

An order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order-confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message from us. Until confirmation, no contract exists.

Fresh flowers — what to expect

Florzo deals in fresh, perishable, natural products. By placing an order you accept that:

• Flowers vary in colour, size, bloom stage, leaf detail, and seasonal availability.
• Photographs on the website are representative of the design, scale, and value of an arrangement — they are not exact replicas, unless specifically confirmed by our florist.
• Substitutions of equal or higher value may occur, per our substitution policy.
• Fresh flowers have a typical vase life of 5—7 days, with proper care.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed at checkout by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking, and select wallets. Florzo does not store card details.

Delivery

See our shipping & delivery policy for full terms. Delivery times are best-efforts and may be affected by traffic, weather, security restrictions, recipient unavailability, or other factors outside our control.

Custom orders & commissions

Build Your Own Bouquet, custom decor, weddings, corporate florals, and other bespoke work are subject to specific terms agreed at the time of booking, including timelines, deposits, and cancellation tiers.

Limitation of liability

Florzo's liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — such as missed occasions, hurt feelings, or lost business — arising from a late or imperfect delivery, though we will always do our best to make things right.

Intellectual property

All photography, copy, design, and branding on florzo.in is the property of Florzo / Kataria Flowers. You may not reproduce, copy, or use this content commercially without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
