Composed at the studio. Dispatched the same morning. Delivered to your door — or to theirs.

Gurugram — 30-minute delivery

Florzo delivers across all sectors of Gurugram within thirty minutes of order confirmation, during studio hours (9 AM — 9 PM, daily). The clock starts the moment we receive your order. Your bouquet is composed by hand and dispatched by our own rider — never a third-party courier.

Outside Gurugram — coordinated by WhatsApp

Anywhere else in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad) we deliver same-day if ordered before 2 PM, otherwise next-day before noon. Anywhere further — anywhere in India — please drop us a message on WhatsApp with the recipient's address and the date. We'll quote timing and any courier surcharge transparently before you commit.

Scheduled & future-dated orders

Need a bouquet on a specific date? Choose the date and time slot at checkout. We confirm by WhatsApp the morning of dispatch, and you can adjust until preparation begins.

Recipient unavailable

We call the recipient's number (you provide it at checkout) before dispatch. If they are unreachable on delivery, we leave the arrangement with reception or security at the address, and send you a photograph of the handoff on WhatsApp. We do not leave fresh flowers exposed to the sun.

Things outside our control

Delivery timing may be affected by traffic, weather, security restrictions, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or other force-majeure conditions. In these cases we keep you informed on WhatsApp at every step.

Large arrangements & event installations

Wedding mandaps, corporate event installations, festival decor, and large-scale floral commissions are scheduled and quoted separately — please use our Weddings & Events or Corporate enquiry forms.
