Cancellation Policy
Cancellable until the florist's scissors come out. After that, a bouquet cannot be unmade.
30-minute & same-day orders
Once you place an order, the studio begins preparation almost immediately — that's how we keep the 30-minute promise. You can cancel:
- Within 5 minutes of placing the order — full refund, no questions.
- Between 5 and 15 minutes — if we haven't started cutting stems, full refund. If we have, see the refund policy below.
- After dispatch — the bouquet is en route and cannot be recalled. See refund policy.
Scheduled (future-date) orders
For orders scheduled for a future date, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the delivery date — full refund. Within 24 hours, partial refund depending on whether we've sourced specific stems for your arrangement.
How to cancel
The fastest way: message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We respond within minutes during studio hours. You can also reply to your order-confirmation email.
Refund timeline
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5—7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster (1—3 days).
Small decor & event commissions
Home celebration setups, wedding florals, and corporate event commissions follow the specific cancellation terms agreed at booking, since they involve sourcing, transport, and time commitments outside our standard catalogue.
