Fresh flowers are seasonal. We tell you the truth, every time.
Why substitutions happen
Florzo composes every arrangement the morning it ships, from stems that arrived the same day. A garden rose that was perfect on Monday may not pass our standard on Thursday. When that happens, we substitute — never silently.
How we substitute
If a flower in your chosen arrangement isn't at our standard that morning, we replace it with a stem of equal or higher value, of similar feeling, and of the same colour palette. The composition stays true to the photograph you ordered from.
What you see, what you approve
Before the bouquet leaves the studio, we send you a photograph on WhatsApp. You can approve, ask for a change, or request a refund — your call, no questions asked. If you've ticked "Send photo proof" at checkout, this happens by default. If you haven't, we still photograph it for our records and will send on request.
Custom & premium bouquets
For Build Your Own Bouquet, Signature-tier arrangements, and bespoke commissions, our florist proactively confirms any meaningful substitution by WhatsApp before dispatch.
Natural variation
Real flowers are not catalogue items. Stem length, bloom stage, leaf detail, and exact hue will vary day to day. The composition, scale, and value of your arrangement will match what you ordered — but no two bouquets from a flower studio are ever identical, and that is the point.
