We collect what we need to deliver a bouquet. Nothing more. Nothing sold.

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

• Your contact details — name, email, phone number.
• Delivery details — the recipient's name, address, phone number, and any message card text you provide.
• Payment information — processed securely by Razorpay. We never store card numbers ourselves.
• Order history — what you've ordered, when, and any preferences you've shared.
• Cookies and site analytics — basic browser data to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

• To compose and deliver your order.
• To communicate with you about that order (WhatsApp, email, phone).
• To send occasional updates about Florzo — only if you've opted in.
• To improve the service and respond to questions.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We do not share recipient details with anyone other than the rider delivering the bouquet.

Who else processes your data

To run the storefront and accept payment, your data is processed by:

• Shopify — our storefront, checkout, and customer account platform. Shopify's privacy policy.
• Razorpay — payment processing. Razorpay's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — for direct communication you initiate. WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• See what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements for completed orders).
• Opt out of marketing communication.

Children

Florzo's services are intended for customers 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
